Dave believes that one of the criteria for a resource to be selected for The Ultimate Blogging Toolkit is its written quality.  Sure, the “bacon” must be sound, but it must also “sizzle.”  For example, you may find a valuable blog with many interesting and very helpful nuggets of information (the bacon.)  However, it is tiring to constantly see writers misuse “there, their, and they’re,” not using spellcheck, and generally uninspired writing (lacking sizzle.)
