Free Blog Review by The Ultimate Blogging Toolkit

Blog Reviews to Answer Questions

A Blog Review to Answer Your Questions

The Ultimate Blogging Toolkit is offering to review your blog – for free!  Why, you ask would I want to do that. Well, the benefits are mutual.

First, your blog receives an honest, objective and hopefully helpful assessment of what I see as an average blogger.  Next, you’ll receive through my review on the Ultimate Blogging Toolkit, a permanent link back to your blog.  A link back to you from another site is one of many ways to help improve your page ranking for Search Enging Optimization (SEO).

My only request is that you make a post on your blog, discussing the review you received on the Ultimate Blogging Toolkit, and return the link back to me. I get some press and some of that good SEO juice.

But more importantly, I get better exposure – at more in depth levels – to additional blogs.  Quality engagement and interaction: isn’t that what this is all about?

Your blog must have a specific, obvious and very targeted theme.  Reviewing a personal blog of anything that comes to the mind of the blogger is not of any interest for this exercise.  I have one of those and it’s just my way of throwing out perspectives.

Violent, prejudiced, hate-filled, or pornographic sites will not be considered.  I have no issues with those – 1st Amendment Rights and all.  I just don’t want to include them in this exercise.  It will be my call on whether I feel comfortable reviewing your site.

A special thank you needs to go to Blog Angel at Blogs With Wings.   She gave me the idea for this post and I want to thank her for that.  We have exchanged thoughts on topics before and I value and appreciate her insights.  Visit.  You won’t be disappointed.

If you would like your blog considered, place a comment on this post.  I moderate all comments, so if your comment appears, you’re on my list to be reviewed. Check back often to watch for the review.  Then, I would appreciate your post discussing the review, and linking back to me.

Best regards,

Dave

    Hi! Dave,

I like your post on free blog review and the idea that goes with it. It’s really a win-win deal, as you propose.

So, can I be honored to have my blog reviewed by you? In return I’ll make a post on my blog, discussing your review and your blog, and I’ll include you in my blogroll.

My 80-day old blog receives an average of 600 visitors daily (Google analytics stats), so my post about your blog will also expose your blog to my visitors from Adgitize, CMF Ads, Project Wonderful, Entrecard and search engines.

My blog is Business Sphere, at http://businessphereconsulting.com

    Thanks

      Eli,

Thank you for requesting a review. I am happy to do it. My initial visit caused a very favorable first impression, so I am looking forward to spending some time absorbing it and providing the feedback in the form of a post.

Watch for it within the next week.

      Best regards,

      Dave

Thanks Dave for your kind words. I’m excited about this future collaboration with you, a blogger helping another for their mutual benefit.

By the way I put advert in your site yesterday thru Project Wonderful and CMF Ads, but when I visited your site today my ad looks superfluous, having the same ad displayed near each other. And it did not help to make your site looks good either. So I cancelled the PW ad, while leaving my CMF ad in there.

I’ll just wait for your review, and then I’ll discuss by posting about it in my site.

        Here’s to our blogging success.

        Cheers,

        Eli

Good call on the ad swap. Thanks. I should have your review completed sometime tomorrow.

    Hi Dave

Would you be interested in reviewing my site? I don’t know if it meets all your criteria, but I would appreciate your input.

I don’t understand what a lot of the acronyms mean and how to make them work, but I will take into consideration your comments!

    Let me know.
    Thanks,

      Emily,

Thank you for your request for a blog review. As I indicated on my update on the Free Blog Review page, I have had an overwhelming response. Since you were the next one using the date and time stamp, you are next.

Give me a couple of days to go through your site and check back soon for your review.

For everyone else who has requested, thank you! I’ll be taking them in chronological order, so check back soon.

My biggest question is “should I have done the blog that I can do as part of my website ~ http://www.lavendergreetings.com~ or keep it separate?” Thank you again!! No hurry, looking forward to hearing from you – be honest!!

I’m a virtual friend of Molly (known her from Etsy Greetings team) and wonder if you could do a review on my blog: http://adorebynat.blogspot.com

I blog about my online business and at the same time fill it in with some personal life stories, just to give a balance to it.

    Thanks for the opportunity.

I’m sorry I missed this post earlier and would be interested in having my blog reviewed. I’ve tried hard to learn new things and sometimes that takes away; but I keep plugging away.

I try to apply things I read to see what progress I can make with reaching more people and find sometimes I get pretty frustrated with it. Sometimes I understand half of what I read, or I’ll try something new and get half done and then can’t get the 2nd part accomplished. I wish I were more tech savy; but I do enjoy the blogging and would be happy to get your thoughts, if you’re still doing this.

    Thanks
    Sandy

      Sandy,

Thank you for your request for a blog review. I have added you to my list, but I must tell you the response has been terrific. I’m completed a few, but still have 15 in front of you. Stay tuned… and thanks again.

Hello. Thank you for this great info! Keep up the good job!

  • Aug 9th, 2009 at 09:02 | #28

    Thanks Dave,
Appreciate being on the list, and will keep my eyes pealed. Could I ask a question in the mean time? I’ve been looking for a new template, would it be your suggestion I go ahead with that or wait until you do your magic?

    Thanks for your brain
    Sandy

      Sandy,

Excellent question. The templates we all use, either plain or fancy, say a lot about us. The way we approach our topic, the level of seriousness vs. whimsy, and the way we organize our thinking. There isn’t a right or wrong choice, the important decision is what’s right for YOU!

I would strongly suggest that you explore your template search, make your decision, transform your site, then come back here to request a review. This would be a great “one-two” punch – first, you apply your personality to the project. Then, if you still would like an “outsider’s” perspective, I’m happy to provide it.

Unless you tell me differently, I will remove your request from my blog review list – for now! My hope is that you’ll be back soon with a fresh site and ready for a review at that time.

      OK?

      Thanks,

      Dave
